DESCRIPTION: The Grand Lake Newcomers Club meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Grove Christian Center, 2901 S 630 Rd. in Grove at 10:00 a.m. We have a brief time of socialization before the meeting for those that would like to come early. You can even come about 9:00 a.m. and help set up tables and chairs. We have a guest speaker at the beginning of the meeting followed by the business meeting. After the meeting those that would like to - go to lunch and a "discovery option" to learn about various businesses in the area. This month our meeting speaker will be Brenda Younger, Branch Manager of Grand Savings Bank.  She will speak about Fraud & Cybersecurity. There's a break with snacks between the speaker and the business meeting - it's a great time to make a new friend! After the meeting lunch will be at Goodfellas Pizza or The Table @ Lakehouse downtown.  The "Discovery Option" will be “The Third Street Retail crawl” to meet the merchants (this consists of 7 stores sponsored by our Grove Chamber of Commerce.  Guests are always welcome at the meetings. Don't leave early or you will miss out on the door prize drawing!<br />
