Second Chance Pet Rescue

Second Chance Pet Rescue gives safe and secure housing to dogs and cats, abandoned in Grove, and Delaware County until they can find their "fur"ever homes! The pet overpopulation problem in our community is an ongoing concern. They also offer low cost spay and neuter vouchers to help address this problem.
